Get to Know Us

Therapy is a collaborative process that can help individuals work through their challenges and achieve their goals. By working collaboratively a therapist can help a client gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors, develop coping skills, and refine their overall well-being. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or have other mental health concerns, therapy can provide a safe and supportive space for you to work towards positive change.

Come Home to Yourself

Offering a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feeling while working towards a happier healthier life.

An Integrative Approach

Some of the modalities I use are Mindfulness, Social beliefs/behaviors, Moral Reasoning, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR and  Brainspotting.

What We Do

01

Brainspotting (BS) is an innovative therapy using aspects of EMDR, mindfulness, and brain and body-based therapies. Brainspotting is based on the belief that certain eye positions can evoke emotions, sensations, and memories because they access specific 'brainspots' where traumatic memories are stored. (May 3, 2022)

02

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that combines cognitive therapy and behavior therapy to help people manage problems by changing how they think and behave. CBT is a common treatment for mental health conditions like depression and anxiety, but it can also be used to treat physical conditions like chronic pain.

03

Mindfulness, is a state of active, open attention to the present. This state is described as observing one’s thoughts and feelings without judging them as good or bad.

04

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a structured psychotherapy technique that can help people heal from trauma and other distressing life experiences. It was originally developed in 1987 to treat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), but can also be used to treat other psychological challenges
